As the Warehouse Supervisor I manage the food and beverage warehouse for the zoo. Some of my responsibilities include checking in trucks biweekly, doing monthly inventory, supervising the zoo delivery team, ensuring the care and maintenance of warehouse equipment (golf carts, pallet jacks, etc.), occasionally filling in supervisor roles for concession stands, and ensuring all concession and snack stands in the zoo are stocked with any supplies they may need.

As a host some of my responsibilities included greeting guests warmly and ensuring swift service, answering questions about wait times and our menu and restaurant policies, speaking with guests over the phone to make reservations, ensuring table accommodations were made, occasionally assisting servers or bussers with clearing and cleaning tables, and coordinating guests to tables in a timely manner.
