My experiences working with a variety of ages throughout my career as a swim instructor at the YMCA has helps me learn many skills such as having patience and how to be kind and understanding with everyone. I’ve become an excellent communicator with lots of work and I strive to make sure that my customers are comfortable and content with the service I provide. Being given tasks and finding tasks that need completed gives me a way to show my best work and contribute in the workplace.
