A Coach begins to take on leadership positions within the store. Coaches are expected to demonstrate strong character and integrity beyond just the functional skill of a team member. Coaches can handle guest complaints, alleviate pressure from Shift Lead and are able to lead individuals. Coaches act as role models for New Hires.
Responsibilities:
- Coaches should be responsive and aware of Slack updates
- Coaches understand the proper procedures for all tasks a Team Member completes in their given area
- Successfully assist in training New Hires
- Act as a go-to person for Shift Lead
- Able to hold people accountable for fulfilling their role properly
- Proactively seeks out things that need to be done
- Uphold “Core Values of the Business”
- Prepare, assemble and serve products to food stations
- Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items
- Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
- Perform tasks at a pace that can keep up with the demands of the business
- Show up on time for scheduled shift
- Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders
- Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care
- Unload delivery trucks supplies and place in the proper storage area
- Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance and professional dress
- Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, Steritech and Health Inspection Standards
- Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment, and keeping restrooms clean
