Operations Associate
-Helping keep a positive environment for my fellow coworkers to perform their best, and creating positive relationships with coworkers and most importantly our customers
-Assistance to every department with hardware, software and technical support.
-Assisting in Process improvement, management and organization.

Inventory/Build Technician (Operations)

-Handling and procuring of client inventory as well as quality of hardware deployments.

-Using tools such as ChannelOnline to check equipment availability and building quotes depending on the clients equipment needs, as well as building the machines when they arrive and preparing for deployments.

-Handling of client equipment for recycling, and serialization of destroyed hardware when needed.

Onboarding/Offboarding Technician

-Quality control of incoming client onboarding and offboardings, understanding client portals and business applications in order to fulfill onboarding requests concisely.

-Updating of documentation as our clients evolve and change.

-Organizing and preparing the machine deployments as well that are tied to incoming onboardings, and equipment recovery of incoming offboardings.

Field Technician

-Standard Client On-site visits for issues or emergencies. -Deployment of user machines and equipment

Freelancing

-freelancing my jiu jitsu skills at this point and also taught myself the C# coding language and built my own game on Unity3D

-better understanding computer systems and general computer science knowledge through teaching myself how to code

Server for many years at a family owned restaurant

-this was my first job and this is where learned great customer service skills in order to retain customers over multiple generations. The Last Carrot is a staple in the community and is known to be one of the oldest establishments on the Coconut Grove area.

-also learned how to perform under pressure during a busy lunch rush and the value of hard work.

Jiu Jitsu Instructor

-same position as mentioned before at the Gracie Barra Miami school just at another location

-affiliation with Shotokan Karate Center of miami and doing contract teaching at those locations running my own programs, emboldening my people skills.

Jiu Jitsu Instructor

-had been doing Jiu Jitsu for a number of years at this point and started Instructing classes.

-sold merchandise such as gi's and kimonos as well as monthly and yearly contracts to the gym/dojo
