  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure , ensure high efficiency monitoring of 700+ IT Items ( laptops & Computers, Printers, mobiles, CCTV etc..) in good conditions and maintained in permanent basis, and manage 10% of necessary items available on on call basis to reduce the downtime to minimum. also recycling out-of-service devices (140+) to to cut costs while safeguarding the environment. and ensuring bill settlement of 600+ it related services in monthly and timely basis to avoid any service discontinuation.
  • Plan and manage IT budgets and resources.
  • Ensure data security and privacy compliance by reducing Percentage of Email Malware & Email Phishing & Email Spamming sent to 0.11% and received to 8.56% out of an average of 34400 email traffic / month.
  • Address IT support issues promptly to minimize downtime by increasing the service tickets completed to 98% out of 200+ average tickets raised /month.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation.

Logistics and Transportation Section:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of a fleet of 80+ vehicles, including buses, trucks, vans, and other transportation assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all vehicle safety and maintenance regulations.
