Led the development and implementation of DE&I at North American University that was inclusive and reflective of the student population and communities served.
Led the global relationship for all strategic partners locally and internationally. Acted as advocate for partners with Accenture and IBM and also promoted our company with partners as the "go to" in the industry. Managed pipeline globally, joint marketing initiatives, live and web enable trainings, brokered new frontiers and strategies.
- Led Change Management: Led the change management process to migrate the culture when a Malaysian private University was acquired by an Australian Education Group that has global educational assets.
- Sourcing: Sourcing of new partners locally and internationally for University Partnerships, Franchise Programs and Exchange Programs.

- Managed over 200 University Franchise and Affiliate program partnerships geared toward having a university’s product portfolio that was well-fitted out and relevant including teach-outs and negotiations.
Leadership of the Satellite campus and the orientation and induction of international students into the Adelaide culture. Oversee budgeting, recording, planning, and auditing. Worked with senior stake holders and ensured legal and regulatory compliance particularly where international students were involved and the adherence to their student visa conditions. Managed the transition from face to face to online learning via an LMS.
Managed customer relationships and vessel operations. Executed agreements and commissioned a MOU with the POrt of Point Lisas and the Port of Palm Beach companies that guaranteed preferential vessel birthing.
