• Facilitated partnerships with healthcare professionals in patient-centered medical home to improve care delivery for diabetic and asthmatic populations.
• Monitored and evaluated diabetes program performance, ensuring 100% of participants met A1C benchmark goals, which contributed to better health for patients and enhanced contractual benefits.

• Developed a rigorous intern program that evaluated 12-16 pharmacy students in summer; including interviewing, placement in stores, and work with supervising pharmacists.
