Prior to that, I served as a General Manager for LA Fitness in Pasadena, where I led daily operations, managed staff performance, increased membership growth, and maintained exceptional customer satisfaction standards. These roles strengthened my leadership, communication, sales, and problem-solving abilities while providing a well-rounded understanding of business development and operational excellence.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, which has provided me with a strong foundation in consumer behavior, strategic planning, brand development, and market analysis.
