Summary
I have always been a hard worker with a good work ethic. Patience and compassion aren't skills in the typical sense but extremely important when working with people. I strive to help people in what ever ways I can, in whatever position I am in. Both jobs that I have had required me to work closely with other people and have good communication skills. I also had to identify problems that were not always very obvious( like a nonverbal client needing specific help) then providing the best care/service I could. I find challenging situations the most rewarding to resolve. I also have plenty of data entry experience I hope to put to good use.

- I help clean and keep the hospital stocked; as well as keep up on any laundry or dishes that need done. There is a checklist with all daily, weekly, monthly, and as needed task to be completed that can also be worked on throughout the shift. At the beginning and end of the shift I round with the last/next shift about what got done and what needs to be done in the next shift, also mentioning if there are any isolation patients currently in the isolation ward. I also help with safely restraining cats and dogs for their treatments; and taking them on their walks/cleaning out litter boxes.

- As a server I would greet and seat guests before completing all food and beverage orders and bringing them out to the guests. I would regularly check on my tables to see if anyone needed anything and to see how things were going. If there were orders up for other tables I would help run other servers food as well/lend a hand if there was more than one tray worth. I would also handle cash and credit transactions when the guest was ready to pay their bill.
