Dispensary Associate/Delivery Rider

  • I worked as a dispensary associate for the first half of my time here. Managing the front admin day to day intaking patient information. If it's their first visit we'll require proper identification in order to build their profile into our system for future checkouts. Visitors are also documented through our system for security purposes.
  • Answering incoming phone calls for inquiries about products for sale and/or to create an order. Trouble shooting complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Packaging online order's. We have a number of inventory so you must stay diligent and pack them with the proper products listed. For express check out their order may be rung up before they arrive.
  • Drive through service. A drive through allows for your guests to come see you during any time of the weather from the comfort of their vehicle.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of your dispensary. Like your home, you'll spend much time at your dispensary. Disinfecting counters, door handles, bathrooms, waiting rooms, basic everyday items are a must daily.
  • Education is a big part of my role. I talk to at least 50 people a day that are medical patients or are aspiring patients. If we simply communicate with our peers, we can expand one another's knowledge that much further. Helping find healthier ways to consume cannabis is my job.
  • I did a lead internship at my facility for a month due to short staffing. During that time I was taught cash handling procedures for morning and night shifts. I managed employees and helped direct them in a professional manor. I opened for our store and ensured that our second shift crew were set up for success.
  • I switched to our delivery team as a rider. I create the manifests and communicate daily with our guests. As deliveries come in we enter them into our fleet system in order to allocate their destination. After setting up our routes for the day which may vary we must contact each individual in order to set them up for delivery. Once confirmed we'll perform a daily vehicle inspection before taking off for our route. I've delivered packages to customer doorsteps and business offices.

  • Worked in a closed environment, they only had an online business running at the time. The products made ranged from shea butter's, body oils, lip balms, soap bars, scrubs, and many others.
  • These items were made by order or due to popularity, so there was always an need to create back order's. Packaged with love and care, working efficiently to ensure order's were sent out in a timely manor.
  • Everything was made from natural ingredients and from scratch. Measuring ratios for each product is crucial.
