Nursing student seeking to obtain an RN position in a hospital setting. Goal is to work closely in critical units where I can utilize my strong knowledge of emotional support strategies and deliver high-quality care to individuals in a passionate manner. Believe to posses all traits needed to care, comfort and support any age-related patient. There are three must know about me: 1. My first born passed away in the NICU after 18 days due to his PDA, managed to carry my grief and use it as strength to complete my AA degree two years later. I state this to demonstrate how I can work calmly and efficient through traumatic situations. 2. My second born spent 104 days in the NICU where I took full control of his care during morning and night rounds, had the opportunity to learn tremendously. 3. I have gone through nursing school all while being a default parent of a ASD child, while taking my son to speech, occupational and ABA therapy and while working full time. These situations show the type of ambition, commitment and determination I have to become a nurse, a good one.
