Logistics Manager
- Work collaboratively with customers and staff at various levels.
- Manage day-to-day operations related to receiving, storing, packing, shipping merchandise.
- Create reports to track shipment progress, delivery times, and costs associated with transport.
- Responsible for balance innovation with execution and work effectively with cross-functional partners to develop and implement short term and long-term strategies.
- Manage company departments including warehousing/distribution, logistics and 3rd party providers to ensure all deliveries are completed successfully.
- Establish and maintain logistics service provider relationships including performance accountability and rate negotiations.
- Responsible for Performance Monitoring and Reporting.
- Provide Customer Service Excellence: Instill a culture of exceptional customer service to new and existing clients amd vendors.
- Address customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and upsell repeat business.
