• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Conduct specified laboratory tests
• Administer prescribed medications or start intravenous fluids, noting times and amounts on patients' charts
• Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action

• A nurse health coach in education, teach individuals on their health conditions , preventive measures , diets , exercise , risk factors and answer all questions a person may have
• Help with benefits and yearly incentives
• In Care Engine work with a team to go over providers notes, questions, and comments
• Implementing information to members charts.
• Work with members on education on health conditions , medications, pre/post op needs , general questions, also determine knowledge member has of his/her medication administration.

• Assess members on certain needs of EAP , Case management , Pharmacy Referrals , Nutritionist, or any other needs
