Growing up Chinese, I discovered early on that holistic wellness runs in my blood. After a decade in the corporate world, I decided to lean into the one thing that has always been a constant in my life; yoga. It helped me heal my nervous system, nurture my mental health, and embrace authentic self‑love.
I received my 200‑hour RYT certification from Elyse Leren Yoga in Spring 2025, and specialize in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin (restorative) yoga, meditation, and breathwork. I’m passionate about helping others on their journey toward longevity, self‑discovery, and self‑compassion- both on and off the mat.
I lead my classes with warmth and intention, guiding thoughtful Vinyasa and Hatha flows that emphasize breath, mindful pauses, and deep nurturing. Whether moving through a yin restorative sequence or settling into meditation and breathwork, my goal is to help students feel grounded, resilient, and supported in our fast‑paced world.
Lead monthly group yoga events that is inclusive of matcha happy hour, breath and sound, and a restorative yoga practice.
Taught a power vinyasa flow in April 2025 to over 70 people using the traditional structure of : warm-up, Sun A, Sun B, core strengthening, and deliberate standing sequences that lead to peak poses and finally-shavasana.
Teaching free yoga to friends and family to continue my growth in yoga.
