  • Throughout my time in this role, it was my responsibility to review repair order notes from Technicians after their diagnoses and sell needed repairs and recommend service to our customers. This role required the use of urgency and understanding along with balancing empathy and care. I would utilize my tools in front of me such as Auto Vitals digital vehicle inspection reports, Mitchell SE, NAPA Tracs, and ALLDATA amongst many others. These tools were the lifeline of our productivity and gave me the ability to clearly explain to our customers the immediate and future needs of their vehicles. Communication is the biggest key element in the role of Service Advisor in my opinion. I made it my goal to over communicate and over deliver with all of my customers. This role also required straight up business sense as it was my responsibility to source parts and sell labor to meet our business margin goals. Nothing made me happier than to see a customer get their vehicle fixed all while staying under budget and ahead of schedule.
