I have a variety of customer service experience, from retail, to food service, to professional offices, which has given me a well rounded approach to dealing with customers and handling customer problems with ease, allowing for a satisfactory experience. My short time in sephora allowed me to improve my sales tactics, challenging me to push more products and get sign ups for company accounts and credit cards. In collaboration with my time at sephora, working in fine dining taught me how to speak vividly and persuasively, and to understand that I should not only aim to sell the product to the customers, but to myself as well.
