  • Collaborated with leadership, engineers & factory/CMs to normalize demand & supply; ensuring engineering demands (devices & spares) are timely fulfilled to achieve business milestones between NPI & launch.
  • Developed leadership monitoring dashboards & tools around demand, supply, inventory, KPIs etc. (Excel | ERP | PowerBI | Sharepoint). The forecast tool reduced demand collection effort by 72% (80 to 22 hrs).
  • Analyzed historical data to identify patterns & introduced org wide processes (from concept to launch).
  • Conducted financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supply chain costs that directly improved the bottom line of the company: A geo-driven manufacturing process that saves $ 4.7MM annually in logistics and improved average shipping time of prototype hardware by 40% (15 days to 9 days).
  • Optimized HW demand via stakeholder negotiation, saved > $11MM+ in HW expenses in FY21
