• Assist in managing LMS at UWM | Provide support in transition from D2L to Canvas | Manage and assist in issues faced by instructors on different LMS | Helped develop and maintain a LIVE Broadcast software and YouTube channel for instructors and other patrons in effective Canvas usage | Additional responsibilities as specified by Project Manager.
