Roles And Responsibilities

  • Track and measure SLA, XLA metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence and alignment with business objectives.
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs and lead client negotiations through to deal closure, managing agreements including SOWs, MSAs, PSAs, and NDAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations and contractual commitments.
  • Conduct and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage financial KPIs, overseeing invoicing, collections, bad debt management, profit margins, and team ratios for optimal financial health.
  • Lead team selection, recruitment, and knowledge management, fostering a high-performing, knowledgeable team.
