• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
• Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.

• Provided compassionate and appropriate care for 20+ critically ill newborn infants every shift by monitoring

vital signs and conditions, keeping them warm, delivering medication when necessary, & observing responses.

• Record testing data and lab results on the patient's chart along with other information based on observations during hospital care, ensuring the completion of 100% accurate documentation of all nursing care provided.
