• Anticipates consumer shipping and delivery workload needs 24 hours prior to ensure proper inventory management of scheduled packages received and shipped from my location
• Provides general and extensive customer service assistance to customers regarding any concerns, questions, or conflicts involved in shipping or receiving packages.
