Project Description:

  • Enphase Energy is an energy technology company. They design and manufacture software-driven home energy solutions that span solar generation, home energy storage, and web-based monitoring and control. Enphase is implementing Salesforce and replacing the legacy Quoting system.

Responsibilities:

  • I worked closely with the different teams at Enphase Energy to understand exactly what they needed from the new Salesforce system.
  • I set up Salesforce to match Enphase Energy's unique way of doing business. It was all about customizing the platform to fit like a glove – from how leads are managed to how opportunities are tracked, and quotes are generated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Enphase Energy's unique business processes, including sales, solar generation, energy storage, and monitoring/control.
  • Executed diverse data and tasks based on business requirements utilizing a data loader tool. Additionally, generated mapping documents for upcoming data loading endeavors.
  • Customized the organization hierarchy and created profiles, and roles accordingly in Salesforce; worked on visibility and security settings around as required by the business teams.
  • Competent in customizing the various components of Force.com application user interface such as Tabs, Apps, Detail pages, and List Views.

I work with the Sr. BSA and offshore Salesforce team to schedule the tickets and deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in Salesforce.com Application Setup activities and customized the apps to match the functional needs of the organization.
  • Interacted with various business team members to gather the requirements and documented the requirements.
  • Developed Custom Objects, and Custom Reports and configured the Analytic Snapshots to dump the data on regular basis for the sales performance and lead generation statistics.
  • Used Data Loader for insert, update, and bulk import or export of data from Salesforce.com Objects. Used it to read, extract, and load data from comma-separated values (CSV) files.
  • Created and modified page layouts, and search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists, and other components on a record detail and edit pages.

  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to accommodate unique requirements.
