I am a self-motivated athlete who understands the importance of being task-oriented and dedicated to the task at hand. I am constantly working to improve skills in softball, basketball and academics and realize the importance of constantly learning and growing to improve and succeed. Through athletics I have learned to be accountable for my actions and take responsibility to grown from my mistakes. Through all my involvement in different activities I have learned to communicate well with a variety of individuals at various age levels. With participation in the Top Gun Organization ,I have been able to connect with various coaches, players, and teams and developed personal relationships with them. Being part of a team, it has been important to have good communication, a positive attitude and motivation to be successful. Babysitting has taught responsibility, handling multiple tasks and organizing activities for a group of children.
