As a Software Engineer, I have contributed to the development and maintenance of the TP2 API using Java, Spring, Maven, and Hibernate. I designed and implemented a RESTful API for the FNOL (First Notice of Loss) workflow, leading its enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing production support. I successfully integrated FNOL services with cross-functional systems, including Policy, Claims, and Hiroad platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. In recognition of my contributions during these initiatives, I received multiple Good Act Awards.

I also played a key role in the initial migration of TP2 services to ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS), supporting cloud adoption and improving system scalability. Additionally, I expanded my expertise into frontend development by contributing to the Salesforce-based MAX application, delivering enhancements and resolving defects. Currently, I am involved in ECS modernization efforts, focusing on transforming legacy DAO-based implementations into query mapper patterns to enable PostgreSQL compatibility and improve system maintainability.

As a Java developer of SOS team, I was working on an existing web services application in Java 8, Spring, Maven, Hibernate and WebSphere server. I have been working on both REST as well as SOAP APIs and involved in the new enhancements as well as bug fixes and providing support as required. I have also been involved in the migration of CPS to GIT version control and started the deployment process through Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Working on the various VSTS development tickets related to enhancements as well as bug fixes.
• Creating test scripts for performance as well as load testing of the APIs and testing in POSTMAN as well as SOAP UI.
• Working on the Service Now support tickets as well as Salesforce tickets related to SOS Equipment web services (SOSEQWS), SOS web and Private Branding and providing tier 3 and tier 2 level support
• Working closely with the business team to gather requirements for SOSEQWS and provide an elegant solution.

• As a Java Developer, I worked on creating the BPMN flow workflows in Camunda Framework using Java 8, Maven, Hibernate ORM, Wildfly server, Apache Karaf and Talend.
• As a data analyst I have worked on data analysis tool Elastic stack that includes ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana, X-pack, Beats, Machine Learning, and Watcher etc.
• I have been involved as a Tier 3 and Tier 2 application support specialist for different applications run by AT&T like Business Process Orchestration, United Desktop, GTAC, Smarts, Vitalnet, Voyence, NetBrain etc.
• Responsibilities:
• Created and deployed BPMN workflows using Camunda Platform of Java 8, Maven, Hibernate, Wildfly Server, Apache Karaf and Talend.
• Created different variations of Kibana dashboard running different instances of ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana, Beats etc.
• Created different elastic search queries and python scripts to analyze the data from different applications and run it through Logstash, pass it through ElasticSearch and visualized them in Kibana depending on the different kinds of logs and database tables of MySQL.
• Visualized the system process and CPU performance of the Windows as well as Linux VM ware by running the Metricbeat, using different kinds of visualizations of Kibana.

I conducted performance and security analysis along with preparing test cases and overseeing it.
