• Tasked with Invoice control, including receipt, checking and approving all incoming invoices from subcontractors, ensuring they meet with agreements and in-line with quotations or contract rates.

• Ensure Compliance with all application import & export control laws and regulation in the Qatar customs laws.
• Ensure to capture the service quality issues in the question in compliance with quality management systems, all applicable QHSE policies, Standards and the other requirements and capture the results of continuous improvement effects.
• Provide a monthly report to the managing Director on handle cargo volumes, Logistics cost incurred, Achievement of KPIs ( Key Performance indicators ) and analysis of logistics issues reported for assigned region
• Handle Special Air freight shipments which include flight charter in line with agreements
• Handling all imports from supplier door to door to consignee, guiding on documentation / Recommend INCO terms / Methods to minimize cost elements and smooth operation.
• Coordinating with Customs clearance staff on time clearance and attend operation matters for special cargo handling Operation ( OOG cargo / Direct Deliveries )
• Coordinating and educating foreign agents / consignee on proper documentation requirements needed to import certain items. Eg: EPC approvals / Civil defense approvals / dangerous goods
• Coordinating with main shipping lines and airlines to obtain rates and space
