- Complete observation and direction (O/D) on practitioners to ensure practitioners are providing the best service possible and provide guidance on any new techniques or new goals implemented for the client
- Weekly observations on the staff on clients during their 1:1 session
- Monitoring meals for the clients especially diabetic clients
- Assisting practitioners in de-escalating interfering behaviors and documenting the de-escalation process
- Perform other projects and tasks needed for the center
- Administer medication (ibuprofen, insulin, inhaler etc.) for clients
- Assist practitioners when high behavioral clients are using the restroom or transitioning to other areas of the center
