• Created the entire curriculum for the whole academy (5 classrooms, about 150 total students ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old)
• Supervised and trained 32 staff members consisting of lead teachers, assistant teachers, and aides on how to create and implement differentiated lesson plans.

• Created and taught curriculum seeking to optimize each individual student's success
• Supervised and trained 2 assistant teachers on how to create and implement differentiated lesson plans considering students' learning styles, skill levels, and cultures.

• Worked with a co-teacher (2 teachers, 20 students per classroom) to develop and teach weekly lesson plans in accordance with an approved pre-set curriculum
• Enriched and modified pre-established curriculum by creating and implementing age-appropriate daily activities to meet the needs of the students.
