• I joined Excelsior group of nursing home and I was the wound care specialist for lots of their nursing homes , I still work with them till now and oversee multiple facilities
• I was asked to see as many as I can, they have > 100 NH , however,they are dispersed all over states
• We established a solid wound team in the center
• I was teaching medical students that rounded with me as well as nursing school students
• Not a single issue with the state since I started till now.

• I was called to correct department of wound care in facility when they had few situations, I responded immediately made real huge difference in department ,We had no state issues with wound care since then,working in a team friendly environment.
• Management has been changing , new administrations have come, I made it with 4 different administrations ,ho changed most of staff, however, kept my position and have great relation with all of them and all recommended my work for new ownership.

• Here I started my career as wound care physician and for 20 years
• Here I met with Dr Gergess and I enjoyed working with her all the time
• Here when they had multiple issues with the state about wound care, however, since I started and for 20 years never again
• Small facility, however, I loved every co-worker and was very peaceful.
