Supported the Account Manager in overseeing tasks, such as:
· Supervising and training employees on high-quality cleaning standards.
· Inspection and or cleaning of rooms and common area to the adherence of the facilities standards, including documenting and addressing issues in a prompt, professional manner.
· Coordinate with the maintenance department to report and follow up on any repairs.
· Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping and/or laundry services, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
· Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new staff and making hiring recommendations.
