I have a deep love for Big Cottonwood Canyon and for all its locals who reside here. I have worked for the last decade in the ski resort industry and have a solid understanding of the high volume of people that visit annually. Since 2015 I have been in a large variety of roles, most of which have been in the Food and Beverage realm and I'm looking to not only further my skills but also grow within my company. I have an excellent work ethic and a passion for creating and eating delicious food. I have a passion for creating a solid team, after all when the chef succeeds, the whole team succeeds. I am very organized and have successfully managed teams of employees in a high paced and high stress environment in both a sit down style restaurant and cafeteria. I adapt quickly and effectively to most any issue that can arise in a restaurant.
