Lead owner-side BIM/VDC and digital engineering across concurrent project scopes, translating complex design, consultant, technology, and operational needs into scalable delivery mechanisms, standards, risk controls, and adoption strategies.

• Govern an 800–1,000-model Revit/Autodesk Construction Cloud ecosystem, aligning internal disciplines, consultants, design-assist partners, and project leadership around model strategy, information exchange, QA/QC, interoperability, and milestone readiness.
• Established a two-speed QA/QC operating model using Autodesk Validation Tool, SQL, Microsoft Fabric/Power BI, and a Claude Code-assisted Revit API workflow for rapid single-model validation plus monthly portfolio governance.
• Built reusable automation, including a JSON-based ACC permissions workflow, while pioneering an Area Development freeze/coordinate-adjustment strategy to manage evolving geometry, scope boundaries, and downstream integration.
• Personally led recovery after accidental model deletion using ACC/Revit version history, then implemented a discipline/model-splitting strategy to reduce repeat scope conflicts and improve geometry handover.

Delivered a focused 7-week owner-side BIM/VDC scope through 100% DD for Show A/V and Lighting, coordinating consultant requirements, technical interfaces, model quality, issue resolution, and downstream readiness.

• Generated 3d models and drawings for a variety of residential, healthcare, commercial & industrial projects using Revit, Navisworks, Recap, Civil 3D etc.
• Conducted research, gathered information from multiple sources and presented results for tuning up construction workflows using tech
• Collaborated with other designers, engineers and architects and project owners to convert information into layout designs, drawings and models using Revit, AutoCad etc.
• Managed BIM project team, delivered training, mentored and ensured adherence to project timeline & quality
