- Conceptualized and designed the study to investigate on children victims of rape and abuse in San Mateo County.
- Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team including San Mateo County Child Abuse Prevention Council (SMC-CAPC), Rape Trauma Services (RTS) in conducting data collection and identifying the health disparities and ongoing abuse prevention programs in the community.
- Participated in community education/ engagement programs and collaborated with Skyline College on conducting abuse awareness programs with teenage population.
- Contributed to the San Mateo County Human Services Agency’s five year Strategic plan.
- Advocated during Sexual Abuse and Mental Awareness Month with RTS on empowering male survivors.
- Presented research findings at LEAP research symposium and Skyline College 2023 uSOAR symposium.

- Drafted a comprehensive report for award submission on research idea and findings, ensuring clarity and coherence for both academic and non-academic audiences.
- Awards: Awarded Nevada-California Regional Award and Hall Mark Award for Distinguished Honors in Action Project at 2023 International Catalyst Conference in Ohio.
