HR Analytics and Strategic Insights for Business Leadership- Academic Project (Master's)

  • To give company leadership useful insights on employee statistics, I examined a variety of HR datasets from AI HR and Kaggle, including Promotion data.csv, Retrenchment data.csv, and HR Analytics Data.csv.
  • Analysis of NYC Property Sales Using Kaggle Dataset (Master's), Utilized the NYC Property Sales dataset from Kaggle to analyze real estate trends, pricing dynamics, and market conditions across various boroughs and neighborhoods.
  • Online Food Delivery System (Bachelor's), Designed and developed an online Food Delivery application allowing users to browse, search, and purchase Food Items. Implemented user authentication, Food Menu, and payment gateway integration. Successfully deployed the application, enhancing user experience and increasing sales by 10%.
  • Attendance System using Face Recognition (Bachelor's), Developing an automatic attendance management system using Machine Learning, Python, NumPy, Pandas and face recognition modules to detect the face of the students.
  • Our system's algorithm uses a convolutional neural network to classify persons according to their faces and store the dataset by extracting the features in the image with help of different max pooling layers.
  • By incorporating this the system can identify the faces of persons in front of the webcam and mark their attendance. We then use the open-cv and the face recognition modules in python to recognize people's faces.
