 Bias Identification and mitigation in machine learning models 

• Bias in machine learning models is one of the leading research topics in machine learning due to its increasing importance and the need for mitigation
• we have worked on one of the famous datasets called google jigsaw database for toxicity identification
• we have used categories in the text given by the dataset to identify bias based on those categories
• we have tried different metrics to identify bias and tried to mitigate them using some of the known mitigation strategies

 Environment: Python, Numpy, Pandas, Keras, Sklearn 

 Patriot Survey Page 

• Developed a survey page as a part of masters degree course in which i have used several devops tools to create and host fully functional survey page
• Built the front end of page using angular and backend of the page using spring boot
• Dockerized both front end part and backend part and pushed them to dockerhub
• Created Kubernetes cluster in Google cloud platform and created deployments and services for these two docker images
