Resourceful individual with 20 years of active experience managing efforts within deadline-driven environments. Diplomatic individual with strong leadership and decision-making skills. Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. Hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure production supervisor position. Ready to help team achieve company goals. I was one step behind but pushing hard for this very same position in very same machine room. I feel I would be the perfect candidate based on the fact that I already know the ins and outs of manufacturing brick. There is not a machine in that dept. that I dont know. I know every component that makes the machinery run and not run. I have experienced every downtime scenario there is in the machine room. My mentor was the production supervisor at that time and he was key to downtime situations when other operators or I did not know the problem. The number 1 thing he stressed to me besides safety was learning and knowing my machine. I took heed and learned to troubleshoot the whole machine room. That dept is tricky for maintenance cause they can fix broken parts but Its extremely difficult for them to diagnose cause most of them cant oiperate the setter or robots. I think I qualify for position based on fact I can run all the machines to produce 6 car an hour average with just one other operator. Had to do it a few times.I understand the importance of keeping the holding room full and I have gained 18 years of supervising experience since I left. I want the position because that job was the mos enjoyfull job I ever had. I still have dreams Im making brick to this day. So I am passionate about the position and emotionally tied to it . If given the oppurtunity my main priority would be boosting performance and making the most quality product achievable in the safest manner. Thank you for coinsideration.: Attention Gilberto Espino he was my dept manager brand new to the machining room and he kniows my skillset and the importance of a supervisor that understands that equipment.
