Blacksford Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Expansion 6 to 12 MGD

• Developed fittings and pipe schedules for facility expansion and performed pipe conflict analysis using Civil 3D to enhance constructibility review.
• Built and maintained a Visual Hydraulics model and parallel Excel model to establish water surface elevations and update the hydraulic profile for design plan sets.
• Developed the process flow diagram (PFD) spanning from upstream of the filters through the biosolids handling system, coordinating across multiple process disciplines.
• Built a WaterGEMS hydraulic model for the RAS/WAS pump station to verify pump sizing met design criteria and flow requirements

Pipelines

• Supported design of a 1.1‑mile, 20‑inch reclaimed water main, preparing layout, technical specifications, and the FDEP CDD.
• Prepared and submitted St. Johns County ROW permit packages.
• Assisted the engineer of record in design of a 1.2‑mile 24/30‑inch RWM, including open‑cut and HDD segments. Produced engineering calculations and specifications.
• Prepared the Technical Memorandum assessing pipeline installation alternatives.
• Worked on the design of 1,000‑LF, 8‑inch force main and coordinated with CAD to produce plan/profile drawings.
• Coordinated and managed the CAD production team and sub‑consultants to maintain project schedule.

SR 16 Effluent Transfer Pump Station & In-Plant Reuse Pump Station (IPPS)

• Supported pump hydraulics analysis and system curve development for the effluent transfer pump station and the in-plant reuse pump station at SR 16 WWTF
• Produced design drawings for both pump station facilities, coordinating with the engineer of record through the design development phase.

Sun 'N Lake WRF

• Developed Technical Memorandum assessing wastewater characterization and effluent management strategies to inform long-term planning decisions

Southwest WRF Expansion — 16 to 18 MGD; In-progress

• Developed Visual Hydraulics model for existing plant conditions to establish baseline hydraulic performance ahead of expansion design

St. Johns County Lift Station Hardening

• Reviewed shop drawings for conformance with contract documents and design intent during construction administration for lift station hardening program
• Conducted site visits to observe construction progress, verify quality of workmanship, and ensure installations met project specifications and applicable standards

• Developed hydraulic system curves for pump selection using Excel, applying engineering fundamentals to validate equipment sizing and support design decisions.
• Reviewed shop drawings and O&M manuals for mechanical and process equipment, identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Conducted field visits to active project sites, gaining firsthand exposure to construction sequencing, equipment installation, and field conditions

Lower Peninsula Stormwater Improvements — Southeast Regional System (Design-Build)

• Contributed to stormwater network design for a large-scale regional design-build project, developing drainage layouts and grading solutions using Civil 3D

Regional Express Rail — Bradford Layover Facility, Toronto, ON

• Developed proposed stormwater network layouts for the Bradford Layover facility using AutoCAD, supporting drainage design for a major regional transit infrastructure project

Purple Line Light Rail — Maryland

• Performed utility conflict modeling for the Purple Line light rail corridor using MicroStation and PowerInRoads, supporting subsurface utility engineering (SUE) and corridor design coordination

• Prepared material quantity take-offs and cost estimates to support construction planning and procurement for a residential apartment project
• Conducted site inspections to verify plastering quality on walls and ceilings against project specifications, using standard measurement and assessment equipment
