Hassyan Energy as a owner of the project which includes the construction and operation of a 4x600 MWe (net) ultra-Supercritical Coal-Fired Power Plant. The Plant is designed for 100% firing on pulverized coal and can also use natural gas back-up fuel without any limitation on the duration of operation on either fuel.

• Implementation of the “Project Execution Plan’.
• Created new methodologies to improve planning process and results with EPC contractor.
• Establish and agree project reporting procedures, prepare and present monthly project progress to Offtaker/ DEWA.
• Collaborated with company leaders to support consistency and best practices.
• Worked closely with project managers to create project work scopes and schedules.
• Oversaw training and onboarding process for all newly hired employees within Planning Department specially UAE nationals.

(230 Km Duplex SS pipeline erection, Above Ground Foundation)

PROJECT: 3 X 300 MW Power Plant At Shuaibah - KSA, Siemens Ag

(All Erection work of pressure piping in Turbine Building)

• Provide daily erection plan in line with overall project plan and monthly erection target. Measuring the daily progress, analyze the productivity, root cause reason and mitigation plan to catch up the overall schedule target.
• Daily manpower requirement forecasting to erection contactor.
• Developing and maintaining L4 level erection schedules keeping the Target given by overall project schedule, which includes creating WBS and activities and their logical relationship using Primavera.
• Weightage assigning for activities and preparation S curves and histogram – Planned, actual.
• Generating Weekly, Monthly progress Report and preparation of fortnight, monthly, 3 months,6 months Look ahead Plan.

• Worked directly with production personnel to resolve production scheduling issues and conflicts.
• Used BAAN & P6 to provide relevant information, evaluations and planning data for production.
• Planned and established production schedules and optimized control levels for diversified manufacturing operations.
• Reviewed inventories, tracked production statuses and ordered materials to foster consistent availability and production schedule adherence.
• Worked with engineering, production and testing departments to implement corrective actions for missed milestones.

Heat Exchanger Fabrication Division

• After receiving of complete technical folder study the BM, MRS, Cutting diagram and drawing. Coordinating with store and purchase considering MRS to make the report of raw material allocation to feed production shop.
• Coordinating with I.E.D. to set project wise man hours requirement considering the raw material availability, preparing the shortage for brought out item, fastener, paints etc. and to merge these in a computerized schedule based on MS-Project including bar-chart to meet the dispatch schedule as per customer requirement.
• Related to third party inspection (EIL, BVQI, LLOYDS, SGS), weekly schedule for stage of manufacturing inspection through computerized system, U – Code based format, to get the right inspection in right time, avoiding any time delay due to TPIA.
• To develop sub vendors for offloaded item and related to raw materials, consumables and quality output through time-to-time coordination with proper record maintained by computerized system.
