Position - MDM(Master Data management) Data steward onsite Lead

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Supervised data stewardship activities for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), ensuring high data quality, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Utilized Informatica MDM (Master Data Management) to manage and maintain golden records, resolve duplicates, and ensure accurate entity resolution across multiple data sources dealing million of records .
• Led 2 teams of 10+members each in two different project and Collaborated with cross-functional teams including compliance, commercial, and IT to align data governance practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Designed and implemented business rules and match/merge logic in Informatica MDM to enhance data accuracy and streamline stewardship workflows.
• Experienced in Informatica IDQ, Informatica MDM. Mainly worked in SQL, PL-SQL, Master Data Management (MDM), Unix for development, performance optimization, customization and maintenance of various applications.
• Supported data onboarding and integration from external vendors and internal systems, ensuring seamless ingestion and harmonization of Health Care Professional/Health Care Organization data.
• Involved in project delivery of various sizes, performance management, production support, trouble shooting.
• Coordinated onsite-offshore delivery model, ensuring seamless collaboration between global teams for timely resolution of data issues and project deliverables.
• Translated complex business requirements into technical specifications aligned with organizational goals, enabling effective implementation of MDM solutions.

• Contributed to the GDNA initiative, a strategic program aimed at centralizing and democratizing data across Amgen’s global operations to accelerate drug discovery, development, and commercialization.

Position - MDM Developer and Asia Pacific Lead of GDNA domain

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participated in full project lifecycle: architecture design, requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborated with business analysts and data stewards to translate business requirements into technical specifications, supporting enhancements and new feature development
• Designed and implemented match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and data validation workflows to support high-quality master data across enterprise systems.
• Integrated and managed IQVIA-sourced data within the Informatica MDM platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date master records for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs).
• Worked on IQVIA reference data into the MDM ecosystem, supporting commercial, compliance, and analytics functions.

Accelrys ELN is a cloud-based and on-premise enterprise Electronic Lab Notebook built to help various scientific disciplines from manual processes to an integrated electronic setting in GxP and Non-GxP labs. ELN software helps to document & manage the data flow, materials, and tasks within, as well as between different labs and scientists. It helps enhance collaboration, personal productivity and collective intelligence, as well as reduce compliance risks.

Position- ELN Administrator and Migration lead

Role and Responsibilities-

• Led the migration of Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and Pipeline Pilot Protocol(PLP) systems to the latest environment, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing R&D operations.
• Conducted comprehensive testing of all applications integrated with ELN to validate functionality, performance, and data flow post-migration.
• Documented migration procedures, validation results, and issue resolutions to support audit readiness and future upgrades.
• Creation of new protocols in Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems based on User requirements

• Administered and maintained the BIOVIA Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) platform, ensuring system availability, performance, and compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Coordinated with clients and stakeholders through regular status meetings to track project progress and address concerns.
• Performed data quality checks and followed up with end users to resolve inconsistencies and maintain data integrity.
• Responded to audit-related queries, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
