Description : It is a finance bot
The process of this is to first extract reports from the SAP application based on the requirements for all regions and after that need to manipulate the SAP extracts downloaded based on the process definition document
Calculating the amounts of the open projects
Project 2 : CP_SHOPPER_DATAENTRY
Client : Mars Incorporated
Description : This bot deals with the Compass Application
From the data given from the Clients everyday need to create account plans and promotions for the events
After that add products in the CAS and create tactics update the values from the data
Project 3 : CP_SHOPPER_CAS_CHANGES
Client : Mars Incorporated
Description : This Process deals with Compass Application
From the data given from the clients compare the old data and today data and check for the changes if changes found for the particular promotion, then login to CAS application and search for promotion check for the status of that promotion and update the changes in application
Project 4 : Predictive Planner – CAS Automation
Client : Mars Incorporated
Description : This process deals with data for the events for customer and then need to calculate the required fields for the mapper docs given by clients and dump into database
Now login to application and create the account plans based on the customer required and fill all the necessary details create Events and activations for the products respective to the parent PPG
Project 5 : SPM Cuts – Bottom 20%
Client : Mars Incorporated
Description : This process works on the excel file downloaded from the SharePoint as the input source from that apply filters based on the bottom 20 copy data to new excel calculate C&T, DRY,WET values for the data
Assign the codes to the too/Cases based on the Amount calculated and prepare final SAP template upload that template to SAP based on the region and fill required fields and execute get the final output file
Project 6 : ECOM_MTSTOCK_RESERVATION
Client : Mars Incorporated
Description : The process extracts the data from SAP Application based on the plants and modifying the data and updating the data to one template where other sheets have pivot tables with formulae
While refresh the data automatically populated
The data must be posted into SAP based on the plants and the order quantities
Project 7 : GT_ORDER_ENTRY
Client : Mars Incorporated
Description : This is an order processing bot where we get few orders into bot outlook the mails must be read based on the sender
From the orders we must divide orders to the respective plants and perform excel operations to process the order once the order is processed, we need to send mail to the SME with the status of the order
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from the client along with Business Analyst and prepare Process Definition Document.
From the PDD we prepare Solution design document need to signed of by IAH Leads.
Next Develop the usecase with specific Requirements.
Conducting few rounds of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) in Test Env and Hypercare in Production (un attended) and go for live
