As a research assistant I worked with Dr. Robert Kruse on a Geography of Economies Academic Journal researching small towns in West Virginia. My responsibilities included:

• Archival Research
• Fieldwork
• Open-ended Interviews
• Networking with community members
• Presenting findings

We submitted our work to the academic journal "Southeast Geographer" as well as presented our findings to members of the Kenneth B. McMillen Scholarship group.

As an academic peer tutor at West Liberty University I helped many students prepare for exams as well as understand homework. My responsibilities included:

• One-on-one peer tutoring sessions
• Drop-in math lab tutoring
• Setting up tutoring appointments with students
• Covering areas of math, history, political science, and geography

I worked as a cashier and customer service representative for the Mannington Pharmacy during my summer break. My responsibilities included:
