Projects

Precision agriculture in citrus orchards, 01/2022 - 05/2023, In my coursework, I conducted a project focusing on precision agriculture. The main objective was to developed the sensor based monitoring systems. Utilizes GIS mapping and satellite imagery to asses the variability in soil types, topography, and microclimate within the citrus orchards. Install and deploy various sensors like soil moisture sensors and weather stations to collect the real time data on soil conditions. Develop a data integration system to combine data from multiple sources, including sensors, satellite imagery and historical records. Implement the variable rate irrigation and fertilizers based on orchard availability. Experiential Learning Program (ELP), 01/2019 - 05/2020, Team Leader Under ANGRAU. Protected Cultivation: High-Value Crops like Marigolds, Tomato, and Muskmelons are cultivated in naturally ventilated Polyhouse under controlled environmental conditions. Prepared soil and growth media was Responsible for the care and maintenance of plants and assisted with planting, watering, and trimming. At last, the yield was 10 times greater than with open-field agriculture. Rural Agricultural Work Experience Program (RAWEP), 08/2020 - 12/2020, Participating in agriculture field operations with farmer. Conducted result and method demonstration. Conducted soil testing campaign.
