BOOK TRANSFER

Worked on a team that provide services for Agents who help transferring the Books(policies) from other carriers to Liberty Mutual which is of worth Billions.

• Build the services using Apex Coding in Salesforce tool to manage all the data that is used by the Quoters.
• Involved in the modernization of the ETL jobs by integrating with Salesforce bulk API which contributed towards the EDA(Event Driven Architecture).
• Implemented Datadog to monitor all our services and experience in designing, instrumentation into code and integrating with software & logging analysis tools Splunk.
• Creating AWS Lambda using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) to develop tooling and provision resources and implemented the business logic using the Typescript.
• Implemented SQS for the message processing queues and SNS integrated with Slack for notifying the failure use cases.
• Integrated the DynamoDB with Lambda to persist the data and enabled the Streams and Triggers to have the realtime data available downstream.
• Develop and maintain security best practices for AWS services such as IAM and KMS which which manages the user access including creating new policies for user management in JSON.
• Reading and writing the files from and to AWS S3 buckets from the internal UI that renders the data faster which had the time complexity on the server side.

• Worked with IVANS Exchange(A service provider in Insurance field) to transfer all the renewal policies of other companies to our State Auto Insurance.
• Designed and Developed an advance system on the AWS Stack that exposes an End point to the IVANS.
• Processed nearly $200,000 worth BookRoll to our State Auto policies which is further converted to business based on the underwriting rules.
• Helped in developing a Front End React UI component to our Internal SME's and CSR's to monitor and approve the Bookroll quotes post the transformation to our standards.
