My motivation in research through science is to create an impact on people’s lives in terms of overcoming life-threatening diseases and to increase the overall progression free survival by focusing on Translational research.
Successfully generated Patient derived Organoid models to test the efficacy of chemotherapy and radiation procedures.
Identified the signaling pathways in relation to PARP inhibitor drug resistant specifically in BRCA mutant cancers.
Using Genetically Engineered Mouse Models (GEMM), successfully performed the orthotropic surgeries and conducted survival studies.
