• Lead role in implementing Basel rules and generating risk-weighted assets numbers for the firm, ensuring compliance and strategic capital management.

• Ensured successful processing in support of the firm's month end close and financial consolidation reporting.

• Processing Legal Entity Adjustment Process (LEAP) entries for LOB's into BPC for legal standalone reporting.
• Own data integrity and data flow into BPC from CDGL.
• Drive BPC Project testing and enhancement requests.

Global Finance Operations (General Ledger Oversight & Control - CDGL) - Associate

• Business owner for management and production support of the CDGL (Corporate Daily Global Ledger) reporting tool for all global- stakeholders across JPMC.
• Managed team of 12 FTE's in Bangalore & Mumbai and 3 FTE's in Delaware which involves job appraisals, objectives setting, daily work allocation & overall career progression of team members.
• Relocated to Delaware on May 2017 to build out CDGL presence in the US.
• Supervised all projects implemented in- CDGL, providing global benefits across JPMC including: SAP HANA & SAP Ledger migrations to London, EMEA & APAC entities.
• Own data integrity and data flow into CDGL from SAP, Reference & Client Central.
• Developed the Follow the Sun Model for CDGL Helpdesk functionalities and trained the Poland team in the use and support of the tool.
• Global CDGL point of contact for PWC Requests, Internal Audit Investigations, SOX Audits & RCSA processes.

• Worked as a BW Reporting & R/3 Global Finance lead for HP spare parts supply chain business.
• As an SME, identified the root cause of user generated issues through deep dive and other technical analysis there by restoring and stabilizing the BW Reporting and R/3 environment.
• Building Business Requirement Document, reviewing design and performing testing with project teams. End to End implementation of multiple projects by ensuring a great value for the end customers.
• Creation and maintenance of Master data in HPS SAP instances and handling related issues for different portfolio's as part of master data maintenance role.
• Ensure FYE master data setup and implementation of the fiscal year end releases are done in time for the new fiscal year.
• Responsible for reconciliation of customer accounts accurately and ensuring timely payment bookings
• Communicate and co-ordinate with country banks and other departments to confirm customer payments.
