I was promoted to the role of Scrum Master Professional I, due to my strong work ethic.

• I currently Lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams consisting of 7 members in Development sector.
• I facilitate Agile ceremonies, which includes Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives with my Agile team.
• I ensure the team adheres to Agile principles which includes continuous attention to technical excellence and maintain a sustainable pace.
• I collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders every week ,to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring a clear vision and understanding of project goals and sprint goals.
• I Identify and remove impediments in the user stories to foster team productivity and progress.
• I leverage Agile metrics and tools like ServiceNow and Jira , to monitor project progress, team velocity, and delivery performance.
• I nurture a culture of continuous improvement, promoting feedback loops, by bringing the agile team together to a Retrospective meeting.
• I also Mentor the agile team members on Agile methodologies, providing guidance on self-organization by taking short courses on Udemy.

Selected Accomplishments

• I Improved the agile team's productivity, I do so by fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and implementing best practices.
• I Implement continuous improvement, I do so by conducting regular retrospectives and encouraging open feedback. As a Scrum Master, I help agile the team to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance their performances.
• I received my Certification in Servicenow Administrator.

I was hired as an undergraduate intern as a BSc holder to support the Agile methodologies, I was then promoted to the Program Analyst II role based on performance and after fulfilling my learning requirements from 50% of the divisions at Fiserv Inc., including Project Management.

• I started my Analyst journey by familiarizing myself with being a Technical Project Manager by using ServiceNow, Jira and Ms Project and monitoring of up to 4 complex projects.
• I got Certified as a Scrum Master and learnt Jira Skill, this got me to have a proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team productivity.
• I was Proficient in analyzing project requirements, identifying risks, and devising strategic solutions to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction during daily update meetings.
• I developed Skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, team members, and cross-functional departments to foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure effectiveness of the projects I was handling.
• Gaining a Strong analytical mindset, I used that ability to collect and interpret data, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.

• Managed project risks by Identifying potential risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and resolving issues as they arise are vital aspects of a Project Manager's role.
• Maintained stakeholder satisfaction by keeping stakeholders informed, managing their expectations, and delivering results that meet their requirements contribute to project success.
