  • My Portal ServiceNow: The project emphasised on IT assets, Admin, Facilities, Procurement requests are raised through this tool. Worked on end-to-end testing and implementation of this tool.
  • Mail Data Protection: Worked in coordination with IT team to build a solution to control the risk of data breach by ensuring recurring output files to the standard recipients were sent only to them. Also, restricted additional recipients being added in address and encryption of the file being sent out.
  • Work From Home Project: The project started in March 2020 to ensure the IT assets are delivered to the recipients at home/ hotel through internal transport team. Ensured BAU is performed by the operations team without any issues. All queries during the WFH establishment were resolved and managed efficiently.
  • Dual office set up: Successfully managed new team set up at Mumbai; while the processes were managed in Chennai. This is done to manage the business continuity in case of BCP scenario.
  • All transversal projects (Insourcing Projects) from various locations to India by following the Insourcing Governance framework and adherence to the completion of governance and formal acceptance from the project stakeholders before go live of the project in India.
