Provided academic and program support for LaunchX’s 2025 summer entrepreneurship programs, overseeing curriculum logistics and daily operations. Supported and mentored 150+ young founders over four intensive weeks, guiding them as they built real, revenue-generating businesses from the ground up. Collaborated with instructors, mentors, and staff to create an engaging and impactful learning environment.

Led the launch and coordination of AwardX East Africa, LaunchX’s first-ever pitch competition on the continent, focused on empowering high school innovators across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania,Ethiopia and beyond. Oversaw outreach to over 800+schools, engaged hundreds of students, and coordinated judges, webinars, and mentorship resources to guide participants from idea to pitch.

AwardX East Africa received over 300+ submissions tackling real-world challenges — showcasing the untapped potential of Africa’s next generation of founders. My role involved strategy, stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and regional execution to ensure a meaningful and inclusive student entrepreneurship experience.

Afripesa is a pan-African cross-border remittance gateway that connects all African mobile money wallets, enabling seamless, instant, and affordable transfers across the continent.

With Afripesa, users can send and receive money directly between platforms like MPESA, EVCPlus, E-Dahab, and beyond, without the need for bank accounts or local SIM cards. We’re unlocking interoperability across borders, telcos, and currencies to power the next era of mobile financial inclusion.

Currently supporting business development and growth at Jasiri — a pioneering platform that unlocks the financial power of your electronics. Jasiri turns everyday gadgets like phones, laptops, and smartwatches into tokenized digital assets with real-time market value, enabling users to access credit, insurance, and ownership services backed by their devices. We’re reimagining how the world sees consumer electronics — not just as tools, but as bankable assets.

Co-founder and director at APAID — a youth-centered nonprofit dedicated to democratizing access to opportunities through education, entrepreneurship, and innovation. APAID empowers the next generation by building tools, programs, and platforms that unlock potential, especially for underserved communities.

At Dawati, a pioneering edtech platform transforming access to secondary education in Kenya, I support efforts in business development, market growth, and strategic outreach. Dawati provides students with high-quality video lessons, digital textbooks, assessments, and personalized mentorship — all aligned with the KCSE curriculum and delivered by Kenya’s top educators.

My work contributes to expanding Dawati’s reach across schools and communities, helping to scale impactful, affordable, and technology-driven learning solutions nationwide.

At NALA, one of Africa’s fastest-growing fintech platforms transforming cross-border payments for the diaspora, I support community-led growth initiatives focused on awareness, adoption, and grassroots engagement. NALA enables secure, fast, and low-cost remittances to Africa — with real-time exchange rates, no hidden fees, and direct mobile wallet and bill payment integrations like M-PESA.

Through local events, diaspora activations, and creator-driven campaigns, I’ve contributed to spreading NALA’s mission across communities in the U.S. and East Africa — helping connect people to better, more transparent financial tools that serve both them and their loved ones back home.

As Safety Specialist Lead at Tyson Foods, I drove continuous improvement in workplace safety by developing proactive risk control programs, conducting incident investigations, and leading safety education across teams. I ensured strict compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety policies by executing audits, safety walkthroughs, and training sessions tailored to job-specific hazards.

By promoting a culture of accountability and awareness, I supported efforts that significantly reduced incidents and empowered team members with knowledge and tools to prevent injuries.
