By being a trainer, I learned how production works, how to make it evolve, and also achieve our precise goal.
When there are new APS who arrive or supervisors, it is I who train them on how the work works and what we must do as such.
And sometimes I help my supervisor with the orientation of new people, and I attend some of these interviews.
