Office Engineer :

• Estimated quantities and material costs during project planning to support budgeting and costing.
• Prepare a comprehensive daily reports to track Work progress.
• Prepare Method of Statement , ITP for Each Activity ( DSM , Backfill , sheet pile installation, dredging , etc ) to get the approval from the Engineer.
• Prepare a complete Work plan and schedules before we lunch any activity

Site Engineer:

• Supervised construction progress on-site, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly while maintaining safety protocols.
• Conducted detailed site investigations to identify potential issues and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
• Conferred with engineering staff and other personnel to identify and resolve problems with design or implementation.

· Document the prayer house by completing 3D Model for the building .

· Assess the damages and risks of the prayer house

· Conduct survey site visits to Document the old city of Mosul ( near Al-Nouri Mosque ) .

· Complete the tenders for the rehabilitation of the prayer house this included ( new plans , demolition plans , BOQ and specifications ) .

· Complete a work plan for the prayer house using ( MS Project , Mind View) .

· Complete a report for the structural solutions that should be done in the prayer house ( micro piles , injections ,bolts and cables )

• Reduced construction costs through effective negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Improved project efficiency by streamlining communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Implemented quality control measures at every stage of the project life cycle in order to ensure consistently high levels of performance across all aspects of the work undertaken.
