  • Facilitate Grade Level Meetings with teachers to look at their student's formative assessments and sort student work and look for specific needs.
  • Facilitate weekly Data Meetings with teachers and administrator to review math data and plan next instructional steps
  • Plan effective classroom instruction including manipulatives based on student's instructional needs.
  • Weekly admin meetings with my principal to review coaching cycles I am in and looking at formative assessments of student strengths and weaknesses to plan next steps.
  • Math School Improvement Team (MSIT) has been established with teachers from all grade levels.
